Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees the parts ordering procurement inventory management warranty and distribution of PSC repair parts shop supplies and maintenance parts for all business units; field and in shop.
- Controls all min/max parts inventory for shop and field locations
- Negotiates with the assistance of the National Accounts management all parts/tire/maintenance contracts with the PSC preferred vendors.
- Manages the parts warranty process with all vendors and ensures that PSC parts credits/refunds have been collected.
- Keeps assigned parts room in a clean and manageable order
- Ensures that logistical challenges are met in the field to minimize downtime and efficiencies for PSC field and resident technicians
- Oversees training and development of his/her PSC parts personnel
- Management of standardized parts master in Parts management system (TBA)
- Establishment of min / max of parts on hand for his/her inventory
- Handles all parts for Techs in the shop or field
- Will drive company truck occasionally
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience in parts sales or Auto or Equipment sales
- Ability to follow instructions and processes and communicate effectively.
- Sound knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications.
