Role Description:
Arcadis is seeking a talentedRevit Content Managerto join our team. In this key role you will oversee the creation management and maintenance of highquality Revit content and families to support design teams across various projects and disciplines. You will ensure that the content aligns with industry standards project/client requirements and company guidelines enabling seamless collaboration and efficient workflows across teams.
Role responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Revit families templates and libraries to meet project needs and ensure consistency across projects
- Standardize content to align with industry best practices client requirements and/or company standards
- Regularly review and update existing Revit content to improve functionality accuracy and efficiency
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all Revit content is errorfree optimized and adheres to required standards
- Troubleshoot issues related to Revit content and resolve technical challenges for project teams
- Work closely with design teams BIM Coordinators and project managers to understand content requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Provide training and support to team members on the use of Revit content templates and libraries
- Act as a primary point of contact for any Revit contentrelated inquiries or issues
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols across all projects
Qualifications & Experience:
- 35 years of relevant experience with BIM Concepts and industry standards
- Proven experience in developing and managing Revit families templates and libraries in multidisciplinary environments
- Strong understanding of BIM standards workflows and processes
- Proficiency in Revit and complementary BIM tools/software
- Familiarity with/exposure to Maximo and CodeBook requirements
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Familiarity with industryspecific requirements (e.g. architecture engineering construction)
