The Cyber Delivery and Operations team is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst Coop. The teams mandate is to promote cutting edge cybersecurity capability at CIBC by contributing to key areas for R&D while also working on innovative solutioning to address business needs driving enterprise information through technical and strategic research initiatives and facilitating a culture of problem solving and collaboration with internal teams. As a Cyber Security Analyst Coop student you will have a chance to support different areas of the team assisting with research exploring emerging technologies and assisting with improvement and engagement initiatives within collaborating teams.

You must be currently enrolled in postsecondary education and returning to fulltime studies to be eligible. However you do not need to be in a registered CoOp program to be considered for a role.

This is a 4 month coop opportunity.
How Youll Succeed:
Research and Communication: Assist with tracking & research presentation data for cyber security emerging trends. Contribute to CIBC projects related to research communications training awareness and education. With excellent verbal and written communication skills effectively articulate ideas and opinions that involve research interpretation and assessment.
Relationship Building: Organize and attend various meetings with Information Security stakeholders and other CIBC programs as assigned. You will assist with various dashboards as required; network and participate in other areas of Information Security at CIBC.
Organization skills: Prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks concurrently with strong organization skills. Assist with various working groups presentations and learning events
Learning agility: You will need to have a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Flexibility and ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities are an asset.
