Technical Coordinator – Interface & Submissions

Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Technical Coordinator Interface and Submissions. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of data and information between various systems and stakeholders. This position is responsible for managing technical interfaces coordinating submission processes and providing technical support to ensure data integrity and timely delivery. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical aptitude excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

This role is a part of our Mobility Global Business Area. We partner with our clients across the globe to design thriving and connected cities and communities that enable opportunity for all and keep the world moving. Climate change urbanization and digitization trends are requiring todays mobility projects and systems to address an evolving set of demands from the worlds growing population. We design connected sustainable solutions that integrate existing infrastructure with new technologies and optimize the mobility of people and goods.

Role accountabilities:

In this role you will be responsible for interface management including monitoring and maintaining existing technical interfaces ensuring data accuracy and reliability troubleshooting and resolving interfacerelated issues working closely with IT and other technical teams. You will also document interface specifications configurations and procedures participate in the design and implementation of new interfaces collaborating with developers and business analysts perform data mapping and transformation activities to ensure compatibility between systems and conduct regular interface testing and validation to verify data integrity.

You will also manage and coordinate the submission of technical documents data or reports to internal and external stakeholders ensuring submissions adhere to established guidelines formats and deadlines. You will develop and maintain submission tracking systems and documentation communicate submission requirements and timelines to relevant parties and prepare and validate submission packages ensuring completeness and accuracy. As a part of this you will also address and resolve submissionrelated inquiries and issues and manage and maintain version control of submitted documents.

The successful candidate will provide technical support to users regarding interface and submission processes develop and maintain user guides and training materials and assist in the resolution of technical issues related to data transfer and submission tools. You will be expected to stay up to date with relevant technologies and industry best practices participate in system upgrades and implementations ensuring smooth transitions perform data analysis and reporting to identify trends and potential issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of interface and submission processes.

Candidates should also possess excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills strong organizational and time management skills excellent communicationand interpersonal skills. Also the ability to work independentlyand as part of a team as well as attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy is a strong asset.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years role specific experience
• Bachelors degree or College Diploma in computer science Information Technology or a related field
• Proven experience in managing technical interfaces and submission processes
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts and technologies
• Proficiency in data mapping transformation and validation techniques
• Experience with database management systems (e.g. SQL)
• Familiarity with API and web service technologies
• Experience with specific industry tools or software relevant to the companys operations (e.g. specific data submission portals EDI software etc.) may be required
