Role description:
Arcadis is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic detailoriented individual to join our Toronto Healthcare Studio. The successful candidate will participate in delivering quality complex healthcare projects within an integrated project team. We are looking for candidates that have excellent communication skills 3 years of demonstrated professional experience in delivering architectural projects and exceptional skills in producing and coordinating contract documents.
Role accountabilities:
- Collaboration with the greater project team in the development of technical drawings/contract documents
- Ability to work independently and be selfmotivated
- Assist on projects as requested to enhance experience and expand on knowledge
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or diploma in architectural and building technology from an accredited technical college
- Minimum 3 years of experience producing construction drawings in Revit for medium to largescale projects
- Proficiency with Autodesk Revit dRofus and Bluebeam
- Strong detailing skills including wall sections plan/section faade and elevation details
- Healthcare project experience is a valued asset
- Ability to work within a team environment
