Job Details

PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITS:

  • Effectue des tches administratives gnrales telles que la gestion du courrier la rdaction et la maintenance de systmes de remplissage pour le programme.

  • Au besoin responsable de traiter les demandes de copaiement pour les patients les pharmacies et/ ou les mdecins pour les programmes offrant une assistance de copaiement ou des paiements de conciergerie.

  • Assure la liaison avec les gestionnaires de programme pour sassurer que les ICPs de copaiement soient respects.

  • Assure la liaison avec dISI la comptabilit pour veiller des dlais de paiement appropris et des paiements exacts.

  • Assure la liaison avec ladministrateur de paiement de tiers pour sassurer de lexactitude du traitement du paiement lectronique.

  • tablit et maintient les fichiers de bureau prend des rendezvous et organise les salles de runion au besoin.

  • Compile des informations provenant de diverses sources et utilise les informations pour des usages tels que la gnration de rapports.

  • Fait des audits et maintient divers rapports spcifiques son lieu daffaires en dtectant les erreurs les incohrences ou contradictions; effectue des corrections et informe le personnel concern de toute modification.

  • Met jour et maintient les informations commerciales pertinentes via des fichiers informatiques ou dpartementaux.

  • Aide dans divers projets planifis et non planifis survenant dans le dpartement tout moment donn.

  • Rdige les correspondances et/ou prsentations tre envoyes aux contacts internes et externes.

  • Responsable de la gestion de multiples projets pour de nombreux dpartements au sein dun secteur dactivit ou dans plusieurs secteurs dactivit au besoin.

  • Interagit frquemment avec les associs interdpartementaux et la gestion interdpartementale dans le but de rsoudre les problmes de charge de travail.

  • Maintient et favorise des relations de travail positives et professionnelles avec les associs et la gestion.

  • Respecte toutes les politiques procdures rgles de scurit et rglements appropris.

  • Responsable de signaler tous les vnements indsirables aux dpartements concerns.

  • Effectue les tches connexes assignes.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs general administrative tasks such as handling the mail typing and maintenance of filling systems for the program.

  • Liaise with 3rd party payment administrator to ensure accurate electronic payment processing.

  • Compiles information from various sources and utilizes the information for uses such as generating reports.

  • Audits and maintains various reports specific to his/her business location by checking for errors inconsistencies or discrepancies; makes corrections and notifies appropriate personnel of any modifications.

  • Updates and maintains pertinent business information via computer or department files.

  • Assists with a variety of scheduled and unscheduled projects occurring in the department at any given time.

  • Drafts and types correspondence and/or presentations to be sent to internal and external contacts.

  • Responsible for managing multiple projects for many departments within a business segment or across multiple business segments as required.

  • Interacts frequently with interdepartmental associates and management for the purpose of resolving workload issues.

  • Maintains and promotes positive and professional working relationships with associates and management.

  • Complies with all appropriate policies procedures safety rules and regulations.

  • Responsible to report all Adverse Events to the assigned units/departments

  • Performs related duties as assigned.

EXPRIENCE ET NIVEAU DDUCATION REQUIS:

  • ducation postsecondaire dans un domaine connexe

  • 35 ans dexprience dans un rle administratif dans un cadre pharmaceutique

  • Connaissance approfondie de la suite dapplications Microsoft Office est essentielle. Prcision prouve lors du traitement de grandes quantits de donnes;

  • Candidat(e) doit avoir de solides comptences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles;

  • Capacit travailler de faon autonome et dans un environnement dquipe;

  • Adaptabilit au changement et acqurir de nouvelles comptences selon les besoins; et

  • Bilinguisme franais/anglais est requis

Le candidat retenu pourrait avoir des contacts quotidiens avec des clients des patients ou des pairs unilingues anglophones dquipes interfonctionnelles.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Postsecondary education in a related field

  • 35 years experience in an administrative role in a pharmaceutical setting

  • Indepth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications is essential

  • Proven accuracy when processes large amounts of data;

  • Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;

  • Adaptability to change and to learn new skills as required; and

  • Bilingualism French/English is required

The successful candidate may have daily contacts with unilingual Englishspeaking customers patients or peers from crossfunctional teams.
