Votre mission

Agissons. Changeons le monde. Dans ce rle essentiel vous collaborerez avec des spcialistes et des comptes cls ainsi quavec des professionnels paramdicaux pour Repatha Evenity et Aranesp.

Principales responsabilits :

  • Contacter les mdecins et autres professionnels de la sant (p. ex. infirmires pharmaciens groupes de dfense des droits) afin de dvelopper les activits et dtendre lutilisation clinique des produits Amgen applicables sur le territoire.

  • Atteindre les objectifs de vente mensuels et maximiser la part de march par rapport aux produits concurrents.

  • Rdiger et mettre en uvre des plans daffaires territoriaux crer et dvelopper des programmes innovants et crer un avantage concurrentiel pour Amgen auprs des comptes cls. Rpondre aux besoins des clients et maintenir un service de haute qualit grce la connaissance des domaines thrapeutiques concerns une prise en charge adapte des patients la rsolution et au tri des problmes de remboursement et au soutien la satisfaction client.

  • Travailler en troite collaboration avec les partenaires internes (MSL Marketing Patient Access Navigator Grands Comptes).

  • Mettre en uvre les stratgies marketing notamment la diffusion de messages commerciaux limage de la marque.

  • Grer la logistique lie aux tournes sponsorises par Amgen ; mettre en uvre des initiatives de formation continue et de formation continue (tournes de confrences nationales et rgionales) avec les programmes.

  • Effectuer les tches administratives requises notamment lanalyse du territoire et la gnration de rapports dappels dans les systmes Amgen.

  • Fournir un retour dinformation sur les stratgies marketing et leur efficacit sur le terrain.

  • Respecter les politiques de pharmacovigilance dAmgen pour la dclaration des effets indsirables (EI) et des plaintes concernant les produits (PC).

  • Baccalaurat

Qualifications souhaites :

  • Exprience en vente dans les secteurs de la rhumatologie et de la cardiologie/dyslipidmie un atout majeur

  • Exprience en vente en mdecine spcialise et en mdecine de premire ligne

  • Connaissance des clients du territoire

  • Comptences en vente concurrentielles exprience acquise

  • Excellentes aptitudes la communication

  • Aptitudes la ngociation

Role: Account Development Representative General Medicine

Reports to: District Sales Manager

Location:Montreal/Laval

What you will do

Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will be calling on key specialists and accounts as well as allied health professionals for Repatha Evenity and Aranesp.

Key Accountabilities/Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Contacting physicians and other Healthcare Professionals (eg. Nurses Pharmacists Advocacy Groups) to develop business and expand the clinical use of applicable Amgen product(s) in the territory.

  • Achievement of monthly sales objectives and maximum market share vs. competitive product(s)

  • Writing and implementing territory business plans and create/develop innovative programs and build competitive advantage for Amgen within key accounts.

  • Respond to customer needs and maintain a high quality of service via knowledge of the applicable therapeutic areas appropriate management of patients resolving/triage reimbursement issues and supporting fulfillment

  • Work closely with internal partners (MSL Marketing Patient Access Navigator Key Accounts)

  • Carry out marketing strategies including delivering branded sales messages

  • Handle any logistics pertaining to Amgen sponsored rounds; implement inservices and continuing health education initiatives (National/Regional Speaker Tours) with programs

  • Required administration including territory analysis and call reporting in Amgen system(s)

  • Providing feedback on marketing strategies and effectiveness in the field

  • Adhere to Amgen pharmacovigilance policies for reporting Adverse Events (AE) and Product Complaints (PC)

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

Based in Greater Montreal area

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in the Rheumatology and Cardiology/Dyslipidemia market a significant asset

  • Experience in both Specialty & Primary Care selling environments

  • Familiarity with customers in territory

  • Competitive selling skills track record

  • Excellent communication skills
