The Constituency and Operations Assistant is the organizational hub of the ward office responsible for keeping operations smooth and constituents supported. This role balances administrative coordination frontline service and logistical support to help our small team of four (4) stay responsive and focused. Youll be the first point of contact for the public and an essential inoffice presence making sure every detail is handledfrom calendar invites to event signage.

5. Administrative & Communications Support
University Degree in Business Administration Public Administration Journalism Communications English or a related program.
Experience and formal training combined with demonstrated performance and ability may substitute for stipulated academic requirements.
Experience in political office considered an asset.
