Our current vacancy Fulltime Longterm REMOTE

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via live chat email and other channels regarding accounts trading payments etc.
  • Assist customers with KYC verification account security setup and dispute resolution.
  • Accurately document and escalate customer issues collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.
  • Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements/risk alerts (training provided).
  • Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.
  • Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.

Requirements

  • Have an online customer support experience and proficiency in tools like Zendesk/LiveChat.
  • Fast learner able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.
  • Patient resilient and skilled in deescalating hightension situations.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian/Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
