Job Description
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Data analysis interpretation forecasting. Track and interpret all key metrics pertaining to the So Paulo campus such as (but not limited to) applications received processed erosion yield and attrition. Be prepared and informed to answer sophisticated multidata highjudgment questions.
Marketing data & events performance/analysis. Complete dashboard on all event performances and KPIs generating feedback. Connect event performance to applications and other data ensuring intersection of admissions results to events.
Maintain alignment of local admissions processes with Avenues and Nord Anglias global standards.
Ensure that the admissions databases are always functioning properly and are accurate
Be an expert in all aspects of admissions events and marketing data ensuring clear accurate and timely reporting.
Guide families through the postacceptance enrollment process including completing enrollment contracts and other essential documentation.
Oversee the backend processes for all new and reenrollments
Qualifications :
- Youre highly techsavvy particularly with tools like CRMs databases and Excel.
- You love collaborating closely with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues and do so in both English and Portuguese.
- You have a strong background with Data Analysis.
- You can juggle multiple shifting priorities and deliver on challenging deadlines.
- You care deeply about making operational processes work smoothly for your teams and families.
