Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Operations Manager for their Gaming studios in Sofia Bulgaria.
Position: Operations Manager
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and implement operational strategies for the Bulgarian market in alignment with global standards
- Lead the setup and ongoing management of the Live Casino studio ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Oversee daytoday operations ensuring efficiency compliance and high service quality
- Build and manage a highperforming team while fostering a strong positive workplace culture
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment and retention strategies tailored to local market needs
- Optimize workflows resource allocation and performance through datadriven improvements
- Ensure full compliance with Bulgarian laws manage risk and maintain legal documentation
- Oversee budgeting vendor relations and facility operations to ensure costeffective delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bulgarian
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field. Masters degree is preferred
- Professional certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma are an advantage
- Proven leadership experience in operations ideally in the iGaming or entertainment industry
- Experience with studio setup workflow optimization and regulatory compliance in Bulgaria
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and improvementfocused mindset
- Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
