How the daily work will look like
The NOR team will foster and hone the skills of our Interns and offer opportunities to acquire new skills through daily engagement with our experts and stakeholders as we work together on NOR projects. Our interns will learn about the implementation of the 2021 Brussels and 2022 Madrid Summit decisions. These decisions have reshaped and energised the importance of common funding at NATO its ability to act as a key enabler to deliver the capabilities the Alliance needs and how we can act collectively to deliver common funded capabilities better faster and smarter. In a unique dynamic and multicultural environment our interns will gain an indepth knowledge of NATO common funding and see how decisionmaking by consensus really works through their interactions with Resource Committees.
