Are you ready to take the lead in managing innovative products that transform healthcare We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive excellence in the Trauma & Extremities (T&E) division. In this role you will be at the forefront of shaping strategies identifying market opportunities and driving product success to improve patient outcomes.

What you will do
As a Senior Product Manager Trauma & Extremities you will:
Develop and execute strategic plans annual marketing plans and product launch initiatives.
Identify and surface new customer needs driving product and program improvements.
Conduct competitive intelligence gathering to enhance market positioning.
Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency.
Develop pricing strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand positioning.
Accurately forecast resource needs and establish key performance metrics.
Mentor develop and inspire team members.
Work crossfunctionally to influence key stakeholders and achieve business objectives.
Build relationships with industry leaders organizations and institutions to strengthen market presence.
What you need
Bachelors degree required (MBA preferred).
6 years of work experience required (Medical device marketing or sales experience preferred).
Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
Persuasive influence skills in crossfunctional environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
