As a Quality Specialist within our supply chain team you will take ownership of managing and resolving complex claims within the Trading departments. These claims are typically more challenging than standard distribution cases and require a strong mix of analytical skills communication and decisiveness.
You will work closely with the Order Handling team yet you will take full responsibility for the entire claims process from registration and followup to negotiation and structural resolution.
In addition youll play a key role in building a brandnew quality framework from the ground up working together with colleagues across multiple teams. You will also contribute to translating regulatory requirements into clear and practical internal processes.
Manage follow up and resolve complex supply chain claims
Perform indepth root cause analyses
Propose and implement targeted improvement actions in collaboration with relevant departments
Work closely with internal stakeholders: Order Handling Sales and various Business Units
Build a strong internal network to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
Actively contribute to the development of a clear and effective Quality framework
Occasional travel including to Spain to strengthen international collaboration
You hold a bachelors or masters degree preferably in supply chain quality management economics or a technical field
You have strong analytical skills and a solutionoriented mindset
You communicate clearly and convincingly both verbally and in writing
You are confident in negotiations remaining constructive and resultsdriven
You thrive under pressure and bring structure to a dynamic environment
You enjoy working in an international and crossfunctional context
You are fluent in Dutch and English
