You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a Demand & Supply Planner responsible for developing demand and supply plans. This role plays a key part in optimizing service levels cost efficiency and working capital to meet customer needs business growth and financial objectives.
Forecasting & Demand Planning
Develop accurate demand plans by combining analytical forecasting with crossfunctional collaboration to align and refine forecasts across functions.
Supply Planning
Create supply plans aligned with the demand plans. Continuously monitor and adjust plans in response to internal/external fluctuations and/or opportunities. Coordinate with functions as product & procurement manufacturing and logistics to ensure supply capabilities.
Inventory Management
Optimize inventory to balance service cost and cash flow. Identify and resolve potential shortages or overstock issues.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Leverage data analytics to monitor performance identify trends and guide business decisions.
Stakeholder Communication & Business Advice
Serve as a key liaison between commercial operations product & procurement finance and other internal stakeholders by leading the (macroregional) S&OP cycles. Provide updates and recommendations on demand and supply plans to (senior) leadership roles.
Continuous Improvement
Enhance planning processes and tools. Lead various initiatives to improve supply chain performance.
Personal Development
Take initiative in personal and professional growth through training and/or development programs. Stay uptodate with trends technologies and regulations in supply chain management.
Master degree in Supply Chain Business Economics or related field
35 years of experience in demand planning supply planning or inventory management
Proficiency with forecasting tools ERP systems and Excel; experience with statistical modeling software is a plus
Strong analytical communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments
