Job Description
The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Melbourne backend Major Projects and Construction team working with Partners Steve OReilly Alison Close and Sean Kelly.
This role has a high level of client interaction and will see you managing client relationships and shaping the strategic direction of matters. We act on government infrastructure procurement and a range of private sector projects across Australia particularly in the energy and transport sectors. In addition to running complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution our backend team works closely with the frontend of the practice to support our clients on project delivery and contract management issues.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience as a Senior Associate with solid dispute resolution experience
- A drive to provide outstanding service with attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ambition and a proactive approach to your work and mentoring junior staff be resilient and a selfstarter
- The ability to interact confidently with our clients and build meaningful relationships
- The desire to work as part of closeknit collaborative and highperforming team
