Our Opportunity
To support our ongoing growth PROK are currently seeking a Graduate Mechanical Engineerto join our team. This position is a fulltime permanent opportunity based in Bayswater WA.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creation: Develop estimates for project and aftermarket conveyor pulleys with consideration of different customer and statutory requirements.
- Planning: Optimise delivery times with vendors procurement and production teams.
- Execution: Create Bills of Materials production routings and customer drawings for new and refurbished products
- Innovation: Expand and optimise existing estimating and BOMing tools. Develop tools to support automation of engineering processes. Engage with customers and other stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.
- Culture: Collaborate communicate and assist with technical queries through the value chain from customer enquiry to delivery of product.
About you
You will be a:
- Skilled Professional: A bachelors degree or diploma of engineering in a mechanical disciplinewith proficiency in CAD and Office applications. Autodesk Inventor and Vault experience a plus.
- Strategic thinker: You can solve complex problems and manage resources effectively.
- Strong Communicator: With great interpersonal skills an energetic persona and conflict management skills.
