Were looking for an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to join our team in Sydney on a fixed term 6 month contract. The Senior Technical Project Manager works closely with the Project Management Account Direction UX and Technical teams to lead the delivery of complex digital projects for our consumer clients ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple highprofile digital projects including development of new websites applications and complex digital campaigns as well as optimization and maintenance of existing platforms across various digital channels (websites emails banners).
- Engage with clients to gather detailed technical and business requirements scope project needs precisely and provide expert recommendations for bestfit technical solutions.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal technical creative and UX teams to design and deliver innovative scalable and efficient solutions that meet client expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project quotes and technical solutions working closely with UX development and creative leads to ensure feasibility and alignment with technical standards.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation including technical specifications project scope risk registers change logs and training materials.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable Epics and User Stories and prioritize backlog items to optimize timely delivery and quality.
- Lead scrum ceremonies such as daily standups backlog grooming sprint planning and retrospectives ensuring agile best practices are followed and teams remain focused and productive.
- Provide full transparency on project risks mitigation strategies resource planning and budgetary considerations; clearly communicate technical challenges and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage and optimize project budgets and resource allocation using Workbook or similar project management tools.
- Ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance processes are implemented coordinating with QA teams as needed to guarantee highest product standards.
What You Bring
- 6 years of Digital Project Management experience within an agency or similar environment with at least 3 years in a technically focused senior project management role.
- Strong technical aptitude with thorough understanding of web technologies digital development processes and technical project lifecycle.
- Proven experience in managing complex technical projects involving crossfunctional teams.
- Exceptional organizational time management and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
- Strong expertise in the companies Project Management tools confluence JIRA and workbook
- Proactive solutionoriented mindset with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
