Assist Service Desk with Escalated IT Support Tickets
Build and maintain cloudbased infrastructure using Azure
Diagnose faults with production systems research and implement solutions
Produce evaluate and maintain systems documentation
Proven experience of Wintel systems administration
Tertiary qualifications and/or Extensive experience in working in complex enterprise environments
Solid experience working with Azure infrastructure and Office365 applications
Understand security frameworks ASD Essential 8 ISO27001 NST and CIS controls
Proficient in Exchange VEEAM and AD in a 2019 server environment
