As a key member of the team you will engage in collaborative efforts with a talented group of IT professionals contributing to the seamless integration of our IT infrastructure and continuous improvement.

The opportunity
Assist Service Desk with Escalated IT Support Tickets
Build and maintain cloudbased infrastructure using Azure
- Manage and monitor all infrastructure and systems installations including configurations testing and maintenance
Diagnose faults with production systems research and implement solutions
Produce evaluate and maintain systems documentation
About you
Proven experience of Wintel systems administration
Tertiary qualifications and/or Extensive experience in working in complex enterprise environments
Solid experience working with Azure infrastructure and Office365 applications
Understand security frameworks ASD Essential 8 ISO27001 NST and CIS controls
- Experience with Aruba and Palo Alto firewalls preferred
Proficient in Exchange VEEAM and AD in a 2019 server environment
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
