Your Opportunity
This is an onsite position and our Case Managers use skilled strengthsbased case management approaches to develop personalised culturally appropriate support plans conduct followup reviews and coordinate referrals to partner services. The work can involve confronting situations requiring staff to respond with professionalism resilience and the ability to pivot quickly in evolving circumstances. A strong understanding of tenancy and Department of Housing processes is also essential to support residents in achieving safe stable and longterm housing outcomes. Onsite security is engaged to manage and respond to disruptive behaviours contributing to a safer and more secure environment for all residents.
