Whats the role
Looking for a role where you can build meaningful strategic relationships providing insightful and impactful engagement that delivers longterm value As a Relationship Manager Real Estate youll work with institutional corporate and private real estate clients helping them navigate funding and capital management needs.
Youll be part of a highperforming team supporting clients across retail residential office and industrial asset classes. Your role will focus on developing customer partnerships managing risk and driving business growth. Collaborating with experts across Credit Legal Debt Markets and Compliance youll deliver tailored financial solutions that create lasting impact.
What do I need
- Proven relationship management skills Ability to develop and strengthen strong client partnerships fostering trust confidence and longterm engagement.
- Credit risk and portfolio management expertise Experience assessing risk ensuring portfolio quality and aligning strategies with business objectives.
- Business origination capabilities Skilled in identifying and progressing new opportunities across existing and prospective clients to drive growth.
- Collaborative approach Works effectively with crossfunctional teams to execute transactions and deliver sustainable financial solutions.
- Strong market awareness Keeps up with industry trends regulatory developments and emerging opportunities to provide valuable insights.
