The Opportunity
Were actively seeking expressions of interest from General Practitioners to join our team providing on-site relationship-based medical care to residents within Residential Aged Care Facilities in Western Australia.
This role is designed for GPs who value clinical depth over volume and want to practise in a structured well-supported environment. You will work with a consistent cohort of residents allowing you to build meaningful clinical relationships and deliver thoughtful continuity-focused care without the pace or pressures of traditional general practice.
You will be supported by a dedicated on-site nurse telehealth geriatricians and physicians and a highly experienced administrative team enabling you to focus on clinical decision-making rather than coordination paperwork or logistics.

Requirements
- General or Specialist AHPRA registration with no conditions. Overseas applicants need not apply.
- Fellowship with the RACGP or ACRRM
- Availability for at least 1 day per week with potential for additional work as a result of growth.
- Experience with system-based reporting and confidence in using various software packages preferred.
- A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this position.
