Were on the lookout for a driven and curious Associate Consultant to join our team supporting recruitment across our core mining clients. Whether its in Corporate Support or Mining Production youll play a handson role in candidate sourcing screening and engagement while building the foundations for a successful career in recruitment.
Youll work closely with experienced consultants to learn the ropes gain exposure to a wide variety of roles and contribute to placing top talent into some of Australias leading mining operations. While previous business development experience isnt required youll need to be comfortable stepping into this space proactively building relationships picking up the phone and helping drive commercial growth.

What Youll Do:
- Recruit for essential roles in mining
