Position Description:Product Performance Analyst
Are you passionate about turning complex data into compelling stories
Join our Product Performance team as a Power BI Analyst (internally known as Product Performance Analyst) and take ownership of a large multireport suite focused on product and pricing performance and strategies.
Youll report to the Manager Product Performance with responsibilities relating to designing building and maintaining interactive Power BI Service reports and dashboards that track key metrics across finance risk and customer areas.
Youll take endtoend ownership of our Power BI reporting lifecycle: youll design build and maintain interactive reports and dashboards as well as take ownership of established reports enhancing and refining the reporting suite and strengthening underlying semantic models and ETL pipelines. Partnering closely with stakeholders you will translate stakeholder requirements and complex business logic into clear data stories running discovery workshops prototyping visuals and iterating feedback. Finally youll embed a culture of selfservice by updating documentation leading targeted training sessions and championing best practices so users can explore and act on insights independently.
This is a Full time 12month fixed term contract (or potential secondment for internal employees) based out of any of our Head/Regional offices.
We prioritise our people with a hybrid model that currently includes a minimum of 40% per week in office increasing to 60% as of July 2025.
