Job Description
What youll be doing:
- Welcoming our late arrival guests and farewell to our early departures.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotels overnight operation maintaining guest satisfaction and the safety and security of the property.
- Taking initiative to ensure positive and productive interactions with our customers.
- Undertake the daily reconciliation of the Hotels trading including checking and preparing reports completing audits and collating the necessary paperwork for departures.
- Prepare and distribute relevant reports to relevant departments.
- Managing and confirming reservation details and accounts for inhouse guest details ensuring all details are recorded accurately.
- Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure by checking in and out guests as required.
- Maximising guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.
- Attending to guests requests efficiently and effectively to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
The musthaves:
- Be a night owl who enjoys working with a team
- Exceptional customer service & communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
- A handson team player with a cando attitude
- Initiates contact and establishes rapport easily
- Willingness to take ownership and have the initiative to carry out different tasks as required
- A good understanding of finance and accounting practices
- The ability to coordinate multiple tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a bonus
- An ability to work 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and the flexibility to work weekdays weekends and public holidays
