Job Description
At Montu were transforming healthcare access through technology and were looking for a Technical Lead to help us scale innovate and deliver bestinclass digital experiences.
In this pivotal role youll set the technical direction and elevate the performance of a highperforming engineering team. Youll work handson to design scalable secure systems mentor engineers and champion continuous improvement all while ensuring our platform is aligned with the broader mission of delivering personalised alternative health services to thousands of patients.
What Youll Do
- Set strategic direction and drive technical excellence across major projects and systems.
- Design and build scalable solutions using React GraphQL AWS and more.
- Uplift the skills and capabilities of the team through coaching code reviews and pairing sessions.
- Partner with engineering managers product teams and business stakeholders to turn ideas into impactful solutions.
- Lead architectural decisions ensure clean testable code and continuously improve tooling and delivery processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance reduce tech debt and explore emerging technologies.
Qualifications :
- A strong software engineering background with experience leading technical teams and delivering highimpact products.
- Deep expertise in modern web technologies TypeScript React GraphQL and AWS.
- Experience working across the SDLC with a clean architecture mindset and a focus on scalability and maintainability.
- Proven ability to influence mentor and inspire others while maintaining a handson technical presence.
- Excellent communication skills able to translate technical details into clear business value.
- A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
