Job Description

About the Role:
The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing systems and workflows improving operational performance and supporting strategic improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a collaborative approach to problemsolving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project and design support to ensure specified project requirements are delivered within set timelines and milestones
  • Drive and manage a range of projects providing technical and project management expertise
  • Model and quantify the current state and performance of key business processes
  • Identify and implement opportunities to increase efficiency reduce costs and improve overall service delivery
  • Liaise with stakeholders and leverage data to perform current state assessments and value stream mapping
  • Use structured and analytical thinking to address and resolve daily operational issues
  • Define and implement test and learn concepts to drive continuous improvement and maximise value
  • Develop materials and recommendations to support prioritisation speedtovalue capture and decisionmaking
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define document and implement improvement solutions
  • Work across endtoend processes to enhance customer experience while maintaining or improving quality standards
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required to support engineering and operational functions

 


    Qualifications :

    • Hold a university degree in industrial engineering
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role within the cleaning industry
    • Strong background in process improvement and operational analysis
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and industrial engineering software

    Requirements:

    • You must have full work rights within Australia
    • A current clear Police Check
