Job Description
About the Role:
The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing systems and workflows improving operational performance and supporting strategic improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a collaborative approach to problemsolving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project and design support to ensure specified project requirements are delivered within set timelines and milestones
- Drive and manage a range of projects providing technical and project management expertise
- Model and quantify the current state and performance of key business processes
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase efficiency reduce costs and improve overall service delivery
- Liaise with stakeholders and leverage data to perform current state assessments and value stream mapping
- Use structured and analytical thinking to address and resolve daily operational issues
- Define and implement test and learn concepts to drive continuous improvement and maximise value
- Develop materials and recommendations to support prioritisation speedtovalue capture and decisionmaking
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define document and implement improvement solutions
- Work across endtoend processes to enhance customer experience while maintaining or improving quality standards
- Perform general administrative tasks as required to support engineering and operational functions
Qualifications :
- Hold a university degree in industrial engineering
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role within the cleaning industry
- Strong background in process improvement and operational analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and industrial engineering software
Requirements:
- You must have full work rights within Australia
- A current clear Police Check
