In this role youll be joining our Transformation People and Brand team where technology transformation meets operational expertise. Working in close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors youll ensure that our Payroll and HR systems are operating effectively and data flows seamlessly between platforms driving accurate payroll processing and reporting across the business
What youll do:
A bit about you:
To succeed in this role youll bring over five years of experience supporting Payroll and HR systems within complex organisations. You have a solid background in configuring and maintaining platforms such as Oracle HCM and Preceda Payroll (or similar) coupled with a strong grasp of system integrations and data flows. Your technical expertise extends to advanced Excel and Power Query enabling you to analyse and report on complex data sets with ease. Youve played a key role in system implementations and data migrations and have a proven track record of resolving issues by coordinating effectively across Payroll HR Finance and IT teams.
Youre known for your ability to communicate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders using your strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to build alignment and deliver outcomes. You hold relevant qualifications or training in HR Payroll Systems IT or a related field with a tertiary degree in a technical or analytical discipline being highly regarded. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively coupled with a continuous improvement mindset makes you a valuable contributor to transformation and businessasusual initiatives alike.
