Employment Term: Maximum Term Part Time Opportunity available (up to 12 month maternity leave vacancy 0.8 FTE)

Remuneration: $55.63 $59.61 phr 11.5% Super Not for Profit Salary Packaging Penalties & Allowances

Your part in Buderim Private Hospital team
As part of our Medical Ward team you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Providing supervision and guidance within a multidisciplinary team through effective decision making and support you will lead by example through exceptional communication customer service and patient advocacy.
What makes a difference for us
- Minimum of 2 years experience in acute hospital setting
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership support and mentorship
- An ability to coordinate and prioritise your wards clinical load
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvements
