About The Role:
Were looking for a Junior Developer to join our growing tech team based in Mascot. In this role youll support the development and evolution of internal systems with a focus on Salesforce platform enhancements workflow automations and backend integrations.
Working closely with developers the product team and business stakeholders youll learn to build scalable and secure solutions that directly impact how we operate across sales customer success and operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer youll work across development tasks and contribute to platform improvement projects.
You will:
- Learn and apply Salesforce tools such as Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flow
- Build and maintain internal automations and workflows across key departments
- Assist in backend integrations between Salesforce and other systems
- Monitor data quality applying validation rules and security protocols
- Work with stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions
- Follow best practices for secure scalable and maintainable development
- Contribute to crossfunctional development projects across the business
- Keep clear documentation and provide regular updates on progress
About You:
Youll ideally have:
- Completed or nearcompleted tertiary qualifications in Computer Science IT or a related field.
- Some programming experience (e.g. Java JavaScript C# or similar).
- Eagerness to learn Salesforce tools and platform development.
- Basic understanding of databases APIs and systems integration.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.
