About the Opportunity

Working as part of the People and Culture team and reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner you will support the delivery of effective Human Resources services and frameworks for the organisation particularly within payroll recruitment and onboarding activities and general HR administration as well as having the opportunity to build on your own human resources career.

About You

You will have an:

  • interest in developing skills knowledge and working within the field of Human Resources as part of the People and Culture team at Vinnies;
  • capacity to understand and gain knowledge of the Australian industrial relations landscape along with contemporary employment frameworks policy and procedure application;
  • proven ability to work autonomously and/or collaboratively ensuring delivery on commitments within a fastpaced customer centric environment;
  • a high attention to detail and be committed to achieving operational excellence through the delivery of quality people outcomes actively contributing to process improvement.
