YOUR NEW ROLE
This position is responsible for the daytoday management of the HR and Recruitment teams; providing leadership mentoring performance management and professional development. The position assists with operational excellence in the effective delivery of HR and recruitment services in line with SOHs strategic vision and goals. This includes the delivery of policies plans procedures and initiatives to achieve SOH business outcomes.
The position is also responsible for providing expert and professional advice support and solutions to the Head of People and Development on all HR operational matters including identifying risks opportunities updates to legislation and best practice HRM and emerging issues to inform decision making.
