Job Description
This is a rare opportunity to join carsales as a Data Technician in the Data Integrity Team. The Data Integrity Team is responsible for setting up and providing technical support for all dealer data integration between the carsales internal systems and external systems.
What you will do:
- Provide inbound and outbound user and technical support to the carsales dealer network. This includes over the phone and via the Zendesk customer service software platform.
- Support and assist with the accuracy of data feeds in and out of a wide range of carsales systems.
- Assist with the onboarding of new customers ensuring data accuracy as part of any integrations.
- Collaborate with internal staff in both sales and technology for onboarding and incident resolution.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for

- Experience working in a technical support role. Prior experience with customer service ticketing systems is preferred.
- A tech enthusiast you enjoy investigating and solving complex problems and immerse yourself in all things tech keeping up to date with the latest trends.
