AT: Construction Controller

Hauptaufgaben:

• Budgetkontrolle & Optimierung: berwachung und Verwaltung aller offenen Budgets Identifizierung von Einsparm glichkeiten durch Projekt berarbeitungen und Effizienzsteigerungen.
  
• Finanzielle berwachung: Sicherstellung einer effizienten Kostenstruktur durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagern Planern und der Finanzabteilung.
  
• WorkinProgressAbstimmung: Abstimmung der Bau bersichten mit WIPDaten und Koordination mit der Buchhaltung zur Wahrung finanzieller Genauigkeit.
  
• ERPSystemmanagement: Aufbau und Pflege von Bauprozessen in RELion einschlie lich Workflows Kontrollmechanismen und fortlaufender Systemoptimierung.
  
• Budgetierung & Forecasting: Erstellung Aktualisierung berwachung und Finalisierung von BauBudgets im ERPSystem unter Einhaltung der Unternehmensrichtlinien.
  
• CAPEXManagement: W chentliche Pr fung und Genehmigung von Investitionsausgaben einschlie lich ordnungsgem er Bewertungen R ckstellungen und Einhaltung der vertraglichen Bedingungen.
  
• Kosten & KPICompliance: Bewertung von Geb udeoptimierungen basierend auf Kosten und Erl sanalysen um die Einhaltung der KPIs sicherzustellen.
  
• Risiko & Leistungsanalyse: Durchf hrung von KostenWertAbgleichen um die Budgeteinhaltung sicherzustellen und potenzielle Risiken oder Abweichungen fr hzeitig zu erkennen.
  
• Berichterstattung & Dokumentation: Erstellung detaillierter finanzieller Analysen zu Baukosten und erl sen und Bereitstellung von ManagementInsights f r strategische Entscheidungen.
  

Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Kostenkontrolle Projektbudgetierung oder Finanzmanagement im internationalen Immobilien oder Bauumfeld.
  
• Fundiertes Verst ndnis von Budget und Kostenkontrolle bei Bauprojekten mit einer strukturierten und analytischen Herangehensweise an Finanzmanagement.
  
• Erfahrung mit ERPSystemen idealerweise RELion und/oder Microsoft Dynamics.
  
• Proaktive Herangehensweise an Herausforderungen l sungsorientiertes Denken und effiziente Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budget Control & Optimization: Monitor and manage all open budgets identifying costsaving opportunities through project revisions and efficiency improvements.
  

• Financial Oversight: Ensure an efficient cost structure by closely collaborating with project managers planners and the finance department.
  

• WorkinProgress Reconciliation: Align construction overviews with WIP and coordinate with accounting to maintain financial accuracy.
  

• ERP System Management: Set up and maintain construction processes in RELion including workflows control mechanisms and ongoing system optimization.
  

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Create update monitor and finalize construction budgets in the ERP system ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
  

• CAPEX Management: Review and approve capital CAPEX weekly ensuring proper evaluations retentions and adherence to contract terms.
  

• Cost & KPI Compliance: Assess building improvements based on costs and revenues ensuring compliance with KPIs.
  

• Risk & Performance Analysis: Conduct costvalue reconciliation to ensure budget adherence and proactively identify potential risks or discrepancies.
  

• Reporting & Documentation: Provide detailed financial analyses of all construction budgets and revenues delivering insights to management for strategic decisionmaking.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  

• 5 years in construction cost control project budgeting or financial management ideally in an international real estate or construction environment.
  

• Strong understanding of budget and cost control in construction projects with a structured and analytical approach to financial oversight.
  

• Proficiency in ERP systems preferably RELion and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
  

• Ability to tackle challenges proactively find solutions and work efficiently in a dynamic fastpaced setting.
  

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a teamoriented mindset and ability to collaborate across departments.
  

• High level of selfmotivation and a handson mentality ensuring cost efficiency and financial integrity in all project phases.
