We are growing our R&D center and we are looking for Backend Lead Developer (Java/Kotlin) to join our team:
- Work as part of a small agile development team under the global development department
- Use advanced technologies and tools such as Java/Kotlin Spring Docker/Kubernetes OpenAI paid AI development tools
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Lead task breakdown and architecture design for new features.
- Develop test and deploy solutions using industrystandard tools.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with other Lead Developers on product architecture decisions.

Requirements :
Requirements
- 5 years of experience Software Engineering.
- 4 years of development experience with Java/Kotlin.
- Proficiency in Spring Framework.
- Handson experience using Hibernate jOOQ or similar framework.
- Handson experience with async service architectures using Kafka RabbitMQ or similar products
- Good understanding of security flows in service architectures using OAuth SAML or similar protocols
- Nice to have Tech Lead s skills.
- Familiarity with Scrum and an Agile Development environment and tools like JIRA etc.
- Conversational English level.
