The CMO will lead the company into the future using AI and other new technologies and integrating postal/digital marketing to deliver highimpact and highROI marketing/fundraising campaigns for their clients.

Account Team Oversight:
Recruit and supervise VP/AE level staff;
Oversee/manage all account teams;
Monitor program profitability track KPIs and provide actionable insights;
Ensure client and agency goals and budgets are met;
Creative & Fundraising Strategy:
Recruit mentor and inspire a highperforming team of direct response copywriters editors and graphic artists;
Create a culture built on an understanding of foundational marketing principles and how to apply them to new technologies;
Lead creative strategy brainstorming;
Operational & Vendor Management:
Streamline operations to improve agency efficiency and creative turnaround times;
Manage vendor relationships to ensure costeffective production and highquality outputs;
Streamline and oversee new client onboarding;
Integrate digital and data teams to ensure cohesive omnichannel campaigns;
Coordinate contract renewals new client proposals and RFP s;
Qualifications:
10 years of marketing or agency leadership experience preferably in direct mail or conservative fundraising.
Exceptional skill in postal fundraising strategy and creative (copywriting and/or editing)
Strong project management and people management skills
Proven track record managing complex client programs and executing highperforming fundraising campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn analysis into action.
Able to build and lead large internal teams.
A thorough understanding of the foundational principles of marketing
Passionate about the conservative movement and issues with a clear understanding of the values that motivate its supporters into taking action.
