Plumbing Estimator
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Compensation: $1400 $1800/month (USD)
Industry: Construction / Engineering / Estimation
Schedule: Fulltime U.S. Eastern Time overlap required
About the Role
We re hiring an experienced Plumbing Estimator to join a dynamic preconstruction team supporting commercial and institutional projects. This role involves reviewing project documents coordinating with key stakeholders and producing accurate plumbing system estimates that inform critical decisions.
You ll play a key role in ensuring competitive and realistic bids through deep technical insight and precise cost planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop plumbingspecific estimates for commercial construction projects
- Interpret blueprints specifications and project scopes
- Perform takeoffs analyze labor/material costs and compile final estimates
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and subcontractors
- Maintain organized estimate documentation and cost libraries
- Support RFI bid submission and proposal processes
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3 years of plumbing estimation or construction experience
- Degree in Construction Engineering or Architecture preferred
- Solid understanding of plumbing systems and commercial project workflows
- Familiarity with MEP coordination and construction costing tools
- Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines
