Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven leader to head our solar and wind energy projects. If you are passionate about renewable energy and possess the skills to manage complex projects from ideation to wed love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage the endtoend lifecycle of solar and wind energy projects including planning procurement and maintenance while ensuring adherence to quality cost and time standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Lead regulatory processes and ensure all projects meet local national and international compliance requirements.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the renewable energy sector to support strategic growth and profitability.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersgovernment agencies regulatory bodies suppliers and clientsto drive successful project outcomes.
Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets track financial performance and optimize resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Power Trading: Participate in power trading platforms analyze market trends and implement strategies to enhance energy portfolio performance and revenue generation.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Renewable Energy Business Management or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
Experience: 810 years of technocommercial experience in the renewable energy sector with a strong background in solar and wind project management.
Project : Proven track record of successfully leading largescale renewable energy projects.
Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of compliance and regulations within the clean energy industry.
Procurement & Supply Chain: Handson experience with vendor management procurement processes and supply chain logistics.
Bonus: Familiarity with power trading platforms or prior experience in energy trading is highly desirable.
