Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our Events team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales fostering relationships and closing deals for our luxury fashion events. You will connect with prospective clients generate leads and contribute to our growing event portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through inbound and outbound sales activities (calls emails online outreach).
- Qualify leads and assess event requirements to determine suitability and client needs.
- Conduct presentations and consultations to explain event offerings and benefits via phone or video calls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure longterm partnerships and satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates on lead conversion opportunities and sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing and event teams to optimize lead generation and event promotion strategies.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth of events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep uptodate with the latest trends and innovations in the events and luxury fashion industry.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions event bookings and sales activity in CRM software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Proven sales experience especially in the events industry (experience in luxury or fashion events is a plus).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to engage with seniorlevel stakeholders and decisionmakers.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and the capacity to overcome objections.
- Highly motivated goaloriented and passionate about the events and luxury sectors.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce HubSpot etc. for managing leads and opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the events or luxury sector.
- Knowledge of trends in event technology and event planning for luxury brands.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex event details to diverse audiences.
