Position : Account Manager & Customer Support Specialist
Work Hours (Client) : 8am 4pm PST Mon Fri
Pay Range : $2000 $2200 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

We are a Micro Private Equity fund focused on acquiring accelerating and selling SaaS businesses.
We re looking for a proactive techfluent and personable Account Manager & Customer Support Specialist to join our team remotely
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Support & Ticket Handling: Respond quickly and thoughtfully to support tickets via email chat and phone. We value helpfulness and speed over bureaucracy.
- Onboarding & Admin Work: Help new customers get set up configure routing test lead integrations and manage basic account changes.
- Light Technical Troubleshooting: Comfortably navigate simple technical issues copy/paste API keys test webhooks tweak lead routing settings and escalate issues when needed.
- Customer Demos: Lead live product walkthroughs for potential customers.
- Retention & Engagement: Proactively check in with accounts that show dropoff in usage or engagement. No pressure sales just keep customers happy and active.
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent Near Native English Communication Skills
Experience: 2 years of related experience
Industry: Tech industry. Preferably in SaaS
- Nearnative English fluency (written and spoken)
- 2 years work experience in customer support onboarding or success role in tech industry preferably in SaaS (highly desirable but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be comfortable being client facing
- Techsavvy mindset you don t need to code but should enjoy problemsolving with
- tools and systems
- Selfstarter who thrives in a fastmoving remote environment
- Experience with support tools like Zendesk Intercom or HubSpot is a plus
- Comfortable with using and learning new tools and technologies is required
- Highly responsive and reliable
Bonus Points:
- Basic understanding of APIs JSON or troubleshooting technical integrations
- Experience with Stripe HubSpot or Zapier
- Prior exposure to messaging platforms (e.g. Twilio WhatsApp Business API)
