Job Description

Admin and Customer Service Manager
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST
Monthly Salary: $1000 $1200 USD


We re seeking a dependable organized and proactive Admin and Customer Service Manager to support both our internal operations and external client experience. Youll work closely with and report directly to the Regional Director. If youre detailoriented thrive in fastpaced environments and enjoy supporting others this could be the perfect fit.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & CRM Coordination

  • Manage all incoming leads through the CRM system

  • Conduct followups via phone email and text

  • Maintain realtime lead updates and organization

  • Assist with lead nurturing to maximize conversion

Scheduling & Estimating Support

  • Coordinate estimate appointments for sales and project teams

  • Communicate with customers to confirm expectations and scheduling

  • Manage team calendars and support efficient planning

Project Management Support

  • Provide administrative support for ongoing projects

  • Collaborate with managers to ensure project milestones are met

  • Assist with daytoday operational needs

Customer Service & Communication

  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns

  • Ensure excellent customer experience from start to finish


What We re Looking For

  • Fluency in English and Spanish

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with CRM tools and adaptability to new software

  • Background in admin customer service or project coordination

  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
