Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and resultsoriented Regional Head Sales to lead the CRGO sales operations in the respective regions. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets building strong customer relationships and developing effective sales strategies within the CRGO/Steel/Electrical industry. This role requires a strong technical understanding of CRGO products excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to manage and mentor a sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & : Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for CRGO products. Analyze market trends identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales plans.
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals. Set clear performance expectations provide regular coaching and feedback and conduct performance reviews.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including OEMs distributors and endusers. Understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research networking and lead generation activities. Expand the customer base and market share within the region.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a strong technical understanding of CRGO products their applications and competitive landscape. Provide technical support to customers and the sales team.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Pricing & Negotiation: Manage pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with customers. Ensure profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market intelligence on competitor activities pricing trends and customer preferences. Use this information to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments including production marketing and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:
- in Electrical Engineering is mandatory. MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- 1218 years of experience in sales within the CRGO/Steel/Electrical industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of CRGO products applications and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
