Job Description

Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (Talent Sourcing/Talent Research)
Overview
The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (Talent Sourcing/Talent Research) is a critical role within the organization responsible for leading and enhancing the talent sourcing strategy to ensure a robust diverse and highquality candidate pipeline. This position plays a vital role in shaping the organizations workforce by developing innovative sourcing strategies implementing best practices and leveraging data analytics to make informed hiring decisions. As a senior leader this individual will collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders across the organization to align talent acquisition goals with overall business objectives. The Senior Manager will not only drive the sourcing initiatives but also mentor and guide a team of recruiters and sourcers fostering a culture of excellence in talent acquisition. Additionally they will stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative talent sourcing strategies.
  • Lead a team of recruiters and talent sourcers providing direction and support.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and team dynamics.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools and trends.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure sourcing effectiveness and make datadriven decisions.
  • Manage and optimize the talent acquisition lifecycle including sourcing screening and selecting candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and recruitment agencies.
  • Leverage social media and other platforms for employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure diversity and inclusion strategies are integrated into the sourcing process.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to talent acquisition.
  • Train and mentor team members on sourcing techniques and industry best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the organization and its opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of market trends talent competition and industry developments.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and hiring regulations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing.
  • Proven experience in managing a team of recruiters or sourcers.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools techniques and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and metrics.
  • Ability to navigate ATS and CRM systems effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with labor market trends and legal compliance.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) are a plus.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on longterm goals.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
