Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting & Lead Identification
- Research and identify potential clients through online sources industry databases and networking platforms.
- Generate leads via cold calling emails social media and other outreach methods.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements industry and decisionmaking potential.
2. Market Research & Data Management
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends competitor strategies and customer pain points.
- Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and relevant information.
- Analyze customer data and segment leads for targeted marketing campaigns.
3. Cold Calling & Email Outreach
- Initiate conversations with potential clients via calls and emails to introduce company products/services.
- Understand customer needs and nurture relationships to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Follow up on initial conversations to maintain engagement and maximize conversion rates.
4. Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Utilize LinkedIn Facebook and other digital platforms to connect with potential leads.
- Engage in discussions share relevant content and build brand awareness.
- Generate inbound leads through digital campaigns content marketing and online networking.
5. Appointment Setting & FollowUps
- Schedule meetings demos and presentations for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Ensure timely followups with potential customers to maintain engagement.
- Address initial client queries and provide basic product/service information.
6. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads interactions and followups in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on lead conversion rates campaign performance and sales progress.
- Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams for strategy improvement.
7. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads.
- Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on customer preferences and engagement levels.
- Assist in refining marketing strategies based on lead generation performance.
8. Achieving Targets & KPIs
- Meet daily weekly and monthly lead generation targets as assigned.
- Continuously improve conversion rates and sales pipeline growth.
- Adapt strategies based on performance metrics and feedback from the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in lead generation sales or digital marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
- Experience with cold calling email outreach and social media marketing.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data.
- Goaloriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
