Job Profile:
Responsible for developing and executing business strategies to promote sales in global market. Business development for Fine Chemicals with International exposure representation in MNC s of Fragrance & Flavor Industry must have contacts with all the multinationals globally.
Job Description:
The individual will be overall in charge of the International Aroma Chemicals Business for the organisation.
Grow the popularity of the company s products within designated channels.
Increase sales for the products in designated region
Present strong branding to drive growth in existing and new markets.
Developing new products and SKUs based on market needs.
Budgeting and forecasting of sales profits & overheads.
Evaluating Business proposals and commercial viability for the company.
The role will require traveling to different international markets.
Knowledge of laws and compliance that are applicable in different markets.
Analyse market trends and competitor s activities and formulating strategies in line with business expansion plans.
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate/Post Graduate from Chemical field would be preferable.
Around 10 to 15 years of relevant International Business experience.
(Preferably in the Aroma Chemicals space
Experience of working in the Europe and USA markets.
