We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with 56 years of experience and a stellar portfolio that showcases expertise in branding digital marketing and storytelling. If you are a creative leader passionate about crafting engaging visual experiences we would love to hear from you!
Position Overview
As a Senior Graphic Designer you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of FirstClub across digital and offline touchpoints. You will collaborate with marketing product and leadership teams to create compelling and highquality designs that elevate our brand drive engagement and resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Visual Identity
- Develop and maintain FirstClub s visual identity ensuring consistency across all digital and print assets.
- Craft a distinctive brand presence that aligns with our luxury and premium product positioning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement fresh creative approaches to strengthen brand recall.
Creative Leadership & Content Development
- Conceptualize and execute visually striking campaigns for web social media digital marketing and advertising.
- Design highquality assets for website app UI/UX social media email marketing and paid media.
- Develop engaging video content including shortformat videos animations and motion graphics for digital platforms.
- Oversee product packaging and branding materials to ensure an elevated consumer experience.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create visuals that enhance storytelling and brand engagement.
- Create performancedriven creative assets optimized for paid and organic channels.
Project & Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing growth category and product teams to execute design projects efficiently.
- Work with external agencies freelancers and printers when required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- 56 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a startup ecommerce or consumer brand.
- Stellar portfolio showcasing expertise in branding digital marketing creatives motion graphics and UI/UX elements.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premiere Pro InDesign XD Figma etc..
- Experience in digital advertising creatives (Google Ads Facebook/Instagram Ads YouTube etc..
- Strong storytelling skills with an ability to translate business goals into compelling visual narratives.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and an understanding of ecommerce user behavior.
- Motion graphics and video editing skills are a significant plus.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highgrowth startup environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in an ecommerce quick commerce or luxury brand environment.
- Passion for design branding and consumer psychology.
- Experience with 3D product rendering is a plus.
- Understanding of performance marketing and designing creatives for conversion optimization.
