Overview
The position of BAMS BHMS RMO (Resident Medical Officer) is crucial in providing holistic and integrated healthcare services at our medical facility in Ulhasnagar. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between traditional and modern medicine promoting wellness and health education through their expertise in alternative healing practices. This role demands not only comprehensive medical knowledge but also exceptional interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships with patients. As a BAMS BHMS RMO you will be responsible for assessing patients coordinating treatments and implementing health plans while working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care. Your contributions are essential in enhancing the quality of life for patients advocating for preventive care and driving community engagement. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on specific patient needs.
  • Implement Ayurvedic and Homeopathic therapies in clinical settings.
  • Monitor and adjust treatments as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients and families about treatment options and health management.
  • Provide emergency care and first aid as required.
  • Participate in health education programs and community outreach.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Review and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
  • Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Support the continuous improvement of clinical practices and patient safety.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior staff and interns.
Required Qualifications
  • Completed BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) and BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) degrees from recognized institutions.
  • Medical license to practice in India.
  • Minimum of 12 years experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of holistic health practices.
  • Proficient in patient evaluation and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient care and improvement.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
  • Experience in community health initiatives is preferred.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Compassionate attitude towards patients and their families.
