Position Overview: This is a highly exclusive opportunity for recent Ph.D. graduates from IIM (up to 2024 to join an institution dedicated to academic excellence and industrydriven learning. We seek passionate educators who can inspire students contribute to cuttingedge curriculum development and drive innovative teaching in their respective fields. businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Design & Delivery: Develop and teach advanced courses tailored to the latest industry trends and technologies including Technology Digital Innovation & Cybersecurity Finance Business Analytics & Supply Chain Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy and Global Strategy & Business Leadership.
- Industry Collaboration: Foster connections with industry leaders organize guest lectures workshops and internships to bridge the gap between academic learning and realworld applications.
- Research & Mentorship: Supervise research projects case studies and digital innovation initiatives while mentoring students to think critically and solve practical problems.
- Leadership & Engagement: Create an engaging and dynamic classroom environment that promotes critical thinking technology integration and effective problemsolving.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ph.D. from IIM: Candidates must have completed their Ph.D. from an IIM (Indian Institute of Management). Recent Ph.D. graduates (up to 2024 are encouraged to apply.
- Expertise in Relevant Domains: For each position candidates should possess strong expertise in the corresponding area:
- Technology Digital Innovation & Cybersecurity: Familiarity with cloud computing cybersecurity governance blockchain and emerging technologies (e.g. AWS Azure Python).
- Finance Business Analytics & Supply Chain: Strong foundation in finance data analytics and supply chain management practices.
- Digital Marketing Consumer Insight & Brand Strategy: Expertise in digital marketing trends brand management and consumer behavior analysis.
- Global Strategy & Business Leadership: Extensive knowledge in global business strategy leadership and crosscultural management.
- Communication & Mentorship: Strong communication interpersonal and mentorship skills to effectively teach and engage students.
