Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and budget.
  • Provide information about real estate projects pricing and features.
  • Schedule site visits for potential buyers.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
  • Follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover.
  • Address customer queries and objections efficiently.
  • Participate in promotional activities and campaigns.
Key Skills Required:
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate trends and market conditions.
  • Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up effectively.
  • CRM software proficiency.
  • Targetdriven and customercentric approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing Business or Real Estate).
  • 13 years of experience in real estate presales or telemarketing.
  • Experience in handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
