Job Title: Remote Chat Representative
Compensation: $25$35 per hour paid weekly
Location: Fully remote global applicants accepted
Schedule: Flexible scheduling; 1540 hours/week 48 hour shifts

Monitor and respond to live chat requests promptly
Assist with password resets billing questions and subscription changes
Use scripted responses and follow SOPs to ensure accuracy
Document all interactions and escalate complex issues
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all communications

Paid work begins within 35 business days
